Among his many victories, Jim won a $5.6 million jury verdict for two men injured in a propane tank explosion, a $6 million wrongful death settlement for the family of a professional athlete, a $3.3 million settlement for an iron worker burned in an explosion at work, a $1.5 million settlement for a worker electrocuted by low-hanging utility wires, a $1 million settlement in a Jeep rollover accident, a $3 million settlement for an injured roofer, a $1.5 million recovery for a student sexually abused by a school janitor, and a $960,000 settlement in a slip and fall resulting in a trimalleolar fracture.

Jim Denlea graduated from Pace Law School in White Plains, and has remained a beacon of light in the Westchester legal community ever since. He served as an Assistant District Attorney in Westchester for 6 years (including as the Town Prosecutor in Harrison and Mamaroneck), and has been in private practice for the past 30 years. His son graduated from Fox Lane High School, his wife is a Public Defender in Westchester, and Jim is privileged to serve on the Board of Directors of the Legal Aid Society of Westchester County, where he ensures there is ample legal representation for those less fortunate.
